FEATURES
Brilcaf is a natural descaler specially designed for cleaning the internal components of coffee machines. Its use allows the instant removal of limescale deposits, carbon residues and coffee dust, without affecting the plastic components, seals and pipes of the machine. Safe and compliant with current hygiene and health regulations (HACCP self-control system), Brilcaf leaves no residue after rinsing and therefore does not alter the taste of the coffee in any way.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Fill half of the tank with water and then add the entire contents of the bottle. Switch on the machine and let approximately 100 ml of solution (approximately two or three cups) flow through the steam wand. Switch off the machine and, after approximately 15-20 minutes, let the remaining liquid flow from both the steam wand and the coffee nozzle at regular intervals until the tank is empty. Rinse the tank, fill it with clean water and empty it completely, partly from the steam wand and partly from the coffee nozzle. Before finally putting the machine into operation, it is recommended to prepare a few test coffees (not for drinking). For machines with a descaling program, follow the manufacturer's instructions. In the event of heavy deposits, an additional rinse cycle can be carried out. To ensure perfect efficiency of the coffee machine, it is recommended to carry out a complete rinse cycle periodically, for example every 30-40 days.
